Letter to the community
As you may have seen, our first ILO that started on the 10th of January 2022 was about to come to an end on the 17th of January 2022 with 1067BNB raised.
Unfortunately, we had a bug coming from the EFI token smart contract that made it impossible to close the ILO and proceed with the listing on PancakeSwap. Our entire developers team was on it the whole night, trying to work solutions around it and proceed with the launch.
After a sleepless night, we took the decision to opt for the safest solution: refund all the investors. We had to force the failure of the ILO and create a “Refund my investment” button so that all the public sale participants could get refunded.
If you have participated in the ILO, please claim your refund, there is no time limit but we would like to see everybody refunded as soon as possible.

Frequent errors and how to solve them:
- You need to have enough BNB to pay transaction fees.
- You have to connect the wallet you invested with.
- Use the in-app browser of your wallet (Metamask/Trustwallet)
- Clear the cache of your browser.
What’s next?
Our team was under a lot of stress these last two days and it was a situation that we hope to never be in again. On the positive side of things: the funds were never lost and everybody is now able to get their refund. We are working full time now on fixing the token smart contract and launchpad incompatibility as it has become our number one priority. A lot of successful projects have experienced difficulties and bugs in their beginnings, what matters the most is that we fix the issue and restore the trust of the community. Once this is done, EFT the new Energyfi’s token with a new smart contract will be deployed, audited and tested on EnergyPad. Then we will be able to the relaunch with the brand new EFT’s ILO.
Our plans are unchanged, we will make Energyfi a success. Stay tuned for more informations about our relaunch.
